"Decent Store, Just Not Always the Cleanest"
I stop by Bi-Mart every so often, and for the most part it’s fine. I kind of assume it depends on the day or how busy they’ve been, because the cleanliness seems a little hit or miss. The aisles were mostly easy to get through, but a few shelves looked dusty and there were spots on the floor that could’ve used a quick sweep. Nothing awful, just not as tidy as I’d expect. The staff seemed friendly enough though, so I’d still come back if I needed to grab something...

"Super easy pickup"
I ordered it online and then just swung by the store to grab it, and it was all smooth. No weird delays, no confusion, nothing to figure out once I got there. Just picked it up and went on with my day, which is exactly how I hoped it would go.

"Surprisingly Easy Return"
I had to return an item because it was the wrong size, i was dreading it a little because returns can be such a pain. But this one was surprisingly smooth. The person at the counter was really kind and walked me through when I’d get my refund, which made me feel a lot better. The money was back on my card within a few days, just like they said. Nothing over the top, but it was easy, calm, and stress-free. I’d definitely shop there again.

"Curbside was okay, but the wait felt off"
I ordered curbside and the app said it was ready, but after I checked in I still ended up waiting longer than I expected. The staff was nice when they finally came out, so that helped, but once I had already paid I started feeling a little uneasy just sitting there wondering what was going on. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but the process could definitely be smoother.

"Shipping Took Longer Than I Expected"
I ordered from Bi-Mart figuring it would show up in a few days, but it ended up taking a lot longer than I expected. The tracking didn’t really update much, so I kept checking it over and over trying to figure out what was going on. The item itself was fine once it finally got here, actually, it was totally fine, but the slow shipping was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order online again unless I wasn’t in any kind of hurry.

I’ve found some good weekly promos here, and I still remember feeling excited the first time I grabbed a deal I’d been waiting on. That said, the prices aren’t always better than other stores, so I usually double-check before buying. It’s worth browsing, but not always the cheapest option.

"Good prices when I’m too drained to shop around"
I’ve ordered from bimart a few times now, mostly because the prices are solid. When I’m mentally drained and don’t feel like comparing a bunch of stores, it’s nice to find household and outdoor stuff for less than what I usually see at the bigger places. Shipping has been fine so far, and overall it feels like a good value for what I paid. Nothing fancy, just a reliable spot to grab things without feeling like I spent too much.

I was looking on Bi-Mart for a few seasonal things, and it was hit or miss. Some items looked like they were in stock, but when I actually tried to order them, they weren’t available anymore. The prices were decent enough, but the selection felt picked over, and a couple of the pictures didn’t really match what I thought I was getting. It also had that weird feeling like there wasn’t a real person behind the experience if something went wrong. Not the worst site I’ve used, but definitely a little frustrating.

I don’t want to be too harsh, but a few of the items felt kind of cheap once I got them. Maybe I just expected a little better quality for the price, but it did make me wonder if they’re cutting corners on some of the materials.

My Bi-Mart order showed up exactly how I placed it online, with the right items and quantities and nothing missing or substituted. It arrived quickly too, which was a nice bonus. i just appreciate not having to spend extra time contacting support or fixing mistakes for a simple order.
